In accordance with the applicable personal data protection legislation and Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), INSTITUTO INTRA-TP S.L.U. informs users that it has created profiles on the social networks Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, with the primary purpose of promoting its products and services.

The user has a profile on the relevant Social Network and has decided to join the page created by INSTITUTO INTRA-TP S.L.U., thereby expressing an interest in the information published on the Network. Images published on the page will not be stored in any data processing system owned by INSTITUTO INTRA-TP S.L.U., although they will remain on the Social Network.

Competitions and promotions

INSTITUTO INTRA-TP S.L.U. reserves the right to organise competitions and promotions in which users connected to its page may participate.

In any event, should it decide to process users' contact details for direct marketing activities, this will always be carried out in compliance with the legal requirements established by data protection legislation and the LSSI-CE.

Recommending the INSTITUTO INTRA-TP S.L.U. page to other users so that they may also benefit from promotions or stay informed about its activities shall not be considered advertising.
